Wroclaw International School (WIS) was established in 2002 as the first international school in South – Western Poland. The school has grown into an exciting learning community which serves the needs of expatriates in the Lower Silesia region. The program is based on the New Zealand National curricular framework. Since September 2007 the school introduces PYP and MYP of the International Baccalaureate. The language of instruction is English. French and Polish are the foreign languages taught. WIS provides a wide range of extracurricular activities. The programme extends from Pre-Kindergarten (age 3) to grade 10 (age 15). We welcome applications from suitably qualified and experienced teachers. The minimum qualifications usually required for an application to be considered are the Cambridge CELTA at either Pass B standard or Pass standard plus two or more years experience in a school providing educational support. Other qualifications are sometimes acceptable but detailed information is required before proceeding with any application, including the length of the course, areas covered, number of hours of observed teaching practice and the names of the course tutors.
